पासपोर्ट आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण

• Passport Application Form Online Registration के लिए Passport Service की Official Website पर जाएं New User Registration पर क्लिक करे |
• अब यहाँ पर आपको वो सभी जानकारी भरना जो वहा पर मांगा जा रहा है और एक User id और Password आपको बना लेना है
• अब आपको “Enter Characters Displayed” में जो Characters दिख रहा है उसे भरना है और Register पर क्लिक करना है |

नए पासपोर्ट के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज

वर्तमान पते का प्रमाण

• आधार कार्ड
• पानी बिल
• किराया समझौता
• बिजली का बिल
• चुनाव आयोग फोटो पहचान पत्र
• लेटर हेड पर प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों के नियोक्ता से प्रमाण पत्र (Certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head)
• Parent’s passport copy, in case of minors(First and last page)
• Photo Passbook of running Bank Account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only)
• Spouse’s passport copy (First and last page including family details mentioning applicant’s name as spouse of the passport holder), (provided the applicant’s present address matches the address mentioned in the spouse’s passport)
• Telephone (landline or post paid mobile bill)
• Proof of Gas Connection

Proof of Date of Birth (DOB)

• जन्म और मृत्यु के रजिस्ट्रार या नगर निगम या किसी अन्य निर्धारित प्राधिकरण द्वारा जारी किया गया जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, जिसे जन्म और मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के तहत भारत में जन्म लेने वाले बच्चे के जन्म को पंजीकृत करने का अधिकार दिया गया हो (Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths or the Municipal Corporation or any other prescribed authority,whosoever has been empowered under the Registration of Birth and Deaths Act, 1969 to register the birth of a child born in India)
• सार्वजनिक जीवन बीमा निगमों/कंपनियों द्वारा जारी किया गया पॉलिसी बॉन्ड, जिसमें बीमा पॉलिसी धारक की जन्मतिथि हो (Policy Bond issued by the Public Life Insurance Corporations/Companies having the DOB of the holder of the insurance police)
• स्थानांतरण / स्कूल छोड़ने / स्कूल द्वारा जारी किया गया मैट्रिकुलेशन प्रमाणपत्र अंतिम बार उपस्थित / मान्यता प्राप्त शैक्षिक बोर्ड (Transfer/School leaving/Matriculation Certificate issued by the school last attended/recognised educational board)
• अनाथालय/चाइल्ड केयर होम के प्रमुख द्वारा संगठन के आधिकारिक लेटर हेड पर आवेदक की जन्मतिथि की पुष्टि करने वाला एक घोषणापत्र (A declaration given by the Head of the Orphanage/Child Care Home on their official letter head of the organization confirming the DOB of the applicant)
• आवेदक (केवल सरकारी सेवकों के संबंध में) या वेतन पेंशन आदेश (सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी सेवकों के संबंध में) के सेवा रिकॉर्ड के उद्धरण की प्रतिलिपि, संबंधित प्रशासन के अधिकारी/प्रभारी द्वारा विधिवत प्रमाणित/प्रमाणित आवेदक का मंत्रालय/विभाग (Copy of an extract of the service record of the applicant (only in respect of Government servants) or the Pay Pension Order (in respect of retired Government Servants), duly attested/certified by the officer/in-charge of the Administration of the concerned Ministry/Department of the applicant)
• भारत के चुनाव आयोग द्वारा जारी चुनाव फोटो पहचान पत्र (ईपीआईसी)। (Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC) issued by the Election Commission of India)
• आधार कार्ड/ई-आधार (Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar)
• आयकर विभाग द्वारा जारी पैन कार्ड (PAN Card issued by the Income Tax Department)
• संबंधित राज्य सरकार के परिवहन विभाग द्वारा जारी ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (Driving License issued by the Transport department of concerned state Government)
